I’m Solomon Adams.
Award-Winning Educator,
Founder & Managing Director of Movement Makers,
Qualified Mentor, Coach, Facilitator and Consultant.
- I work within creative health, youth and community settings to strengthen youth programmes that already carry care, intention, and potential. Rather than starting from scratch, my role is to help clarify, support, and build on what’s there so the work can be held well over time.
- Alongside advisory work, I design and deliver youth programmes, workshops, one-to-one and group interventions that deepen capacity for young people and the teams supporting them. This often involves tightening structures, aligning purpose with practice, and creating shared ways of working that reduce burnout and support sustained participation.
- My practice is grounded in over a decade of hands-on experience across youth, creative, and community settings. Over time, my work has supported stronger engagement, clearer communication, improved emotional regulation, and healthier collaboration for young people and the adults holding the space.
