Programmes

Creative, wellbeing-led programmes designed to support growth, care, and real-world readiness.

My programmes work with young people, artists, and men in spaces where creativity, wellbeing, and responsibility intersect.

Each programme is designed to be adaptable to context, responsive to participants, and deliverable within real organisational constraints.

Programmes can be delivered as short interventions, ongoing provision, or tailored partnerships.

Solomon created a safe, grounded space where men could show up fully without pressure or judgment. The retreat felt both restorative and empowering.

Artist Development and Artist Care

What it is

A combined programme that supports artists to develop their creative practice while also building the emotional, relational, and practical capacity needed to sustain that practice over time.

This programme recognises that creative growth and personal wellbeing are not separate. Skill without care leads to burnout. Care without direction leads to stagnation.

Focus areas

• creative practice and discipline
• artistic identity and voice
• emotional regulation and self-awareness
• collaboration and communication
• sustaining creative work over time

Who it’s for

• emerging artists
• young creatives in education or alternative provision
• artists navigating pressure, transition, or burnout
• organisations supporting creative development

Outcomes

Participants develop clearer creative direction, stronger self-awareness, and tools to sustain their practice without depletion.

Accelerators

What it is

Accelerators are employability-focused programmes designed to help young people build the skills, confidence, and readiness needed to move into work, training, or further opportunity.

The focus is not just on getting a job, but on developing the internal capacities that make progression possible and sustainable.

Focus areas

• communication and self-presentation
• responsibility and reliability
• confidence in unfamiliar environments
• teamwork and problem-solving
• navigating transitions and expectations

Who it’s for

• young people preparing for employment or training
• students at key transition points
• alternative provision and post-16 settings
• organisations supporting progression pathways

Outcomes

Participants gain practical skills, increased confidence, and a clearer sense of direction, supporting successful next steps.

Men’s Empowerment Programmes

What it is

A bespoke programme rooted in men’s work practice, designed to create structured, supportive spaces for men to explore identity, responsibility, emotional literacy, and community.

These programmes are always tailored. They respond to the specific context, culture, and needs of the group rather than following a fixed curriculum.

Focus areas

• identity and self-understanding
• emotional expression and regulation
• accountability and responsibility
• relationships and communication
• building supportive peer culture

Who it’s for

• men navigating transition or challenge
• community groups and organisations
• wellbeing and rehabilitation contexts
• organisations seeking culturally grounded men’s spaces

Outcomes

Participants develop greater self-awareness, stronger emotional regulation, and healthier ways of relating to themselves and others.
