Who I Am

Everyone carries genius. I help people find theirs across education, arts, wellbeing and community settings.

I’m Solomon.

I’m an award-winning educator, facilitator and consultant but at heart, I’m someone who loves watching people realise what they’re capable of.

I’ve worked with schools, colleges, universities, arts organisations and charities across the UK – in classrooms, community spaces, studios and boardrooms. And one belief has held in every single one: people don’t need saving.

They already carry genius, creativity, capability and wisdom.

Sometimes it just needs space, encouragement and the right questions to come to the surface. That’s where I come in.

Where This Comes From

Education worked for me in the early years. But as adolescence began, I became deeply experimental and explorative and I met a lot of pushback from people holding traditionalist thinking and frameworks. There didn’t seem to be room for who I was becoming.

Hip Hop changed that. It gave me a framework where I could be authentically myself while still making intelligent moves and a community where I could express myself, reinvent myself, and make lasting change in my family, my community and the world.

That’s what led me into youth work: the belief that there is always another option for young people. Even when everything seems to be heading down one path, there is always another way to change things and make those changes last. That thinking runs through everything I do, whether I’m designing a curriculum or facilitating a wellbeing retreat.

My Vision

A world where learning starts from what people have, not what they lack. 

Where creativity isn’t a luxury or an afterthought, but part of how we think, grow and solve problems together in schools, in communities, in organisations, in life.

My Purpose

To create the conditions where people feel seen, capable and confident. Whether I’m working with young people, a group of men or a whole organisation, my purpose is the same: help people trust what they already know, and build from there.

My Mission

To design learning experiences, programmes and strategies that are honest, practical and genuinely human. 

I work with schools, colleges, universities, charities and community organisations who care about doing meaningful work and doing it properly.

Who I Work With

I work with people who hold responsibility for others’ learning, wellbeing and growth and want to do that work well. That includes:

  • School and college leaders — headteachers, deputy heads, heads of department and pastoral leads looking for training, curriculum design or a fresh approach to engagement
  • University staff — programme leaders, widening participation teams and student experience leads
  • Arts and cultural organisations — learning and engagement managers, creative directors and producers building education or community programmes
  • Youth and community organisations — youth work managers, charity CEOs and programme designers who want provision that genuinely lands with young people
  • Local authorities and commissioners — those shaping youth strategy, creative health and community development
  • Leaders and teams — anyone planning an away day, strategy session or co-design process that needs skilled, creative facilitation
