Young people don’t need saving. Neither does anyone else building something real. Everyone I work with already carries creativity, capability and wisdom. My work helps them, and the organisations and communities supporting them, access those things.

I work where creative practice, entrepreneurship and community building meet, because people need all three to build self-determination, life skills and business knowledge.

Creative practice is the vehicle. Entrepreneurship gives people the knowledge and confidence to act on what they’ve built, and community building amplifies the growth.

Whether I’m designing a programme, facilitating a strategic away day or advising organisations on youth engagement and programme design, I bring over ten years of grounded, award-winning experience, recognised as Highly Commended Educator of the Year at the Potential Unlocked Awards 2025.

I test methodologies in the room, refine them through real facilitation, and help organisations build frameworks that last.

Programme Architecture: Artist Development

At Bernie Grant Arts Centre, I designed a six-week artist development programme with Warner Music Group that combined structured reflection, peer feedback and creative work. Young artists moved from exploration to clarity—strengthening their practice and building the confidence to move forward with direction.
